Vaccines, Physicals, and PPD
Your health and protection come first. That’s why we offer a full range of vaccines—from routine immunizations to required school and sports vaccines—to keep you and your family safe. Alongside vaccines, we also provide convenient physicals for school, camp, college, and employment, as well as PPD tests for tuberculosis screening. Everything you need, all in one place.

Insurance & Payment Rules
- Private plans: We can bill vaccines to some (not all) private plans we participate with when paired with a same-day $100+ self-pay physical. Always verify eligibility. (See Eligible Plan List below)
- Medicaid/Medicaid-Managed: We cannot provide vaccines here and cannot accept self-pay for them. Patients should reach out to their PCP or Onondaga County Health Department: 315-435-2074. (See Payor Exception List)
- Occ Med vaccines: Billed per employer contract or employee self-pay (pre-employment). We cannot bill personal insurance.
