Transparent Self-Pay Pricing
We offer a simple, transparent self-pay pricing structure for those without insurance or who decide to pay out of pocket.
Any self-pay visit starts at $150 and goes up from there depending on the severity of your condition. Our staff will go over the cost with you before you leave.

Includes basic lab tests, medications, and wound care for simple conditions.

Includes:
- Full consultation with a healthcare provider
- 1 basic lab test (e.g., rapid strep test)
- Up to 2 over the counter medications administered in-clinic
- Basic wound care (cleaning and bandaging small cuts, glue/stitches up to 2 in)
- Splinting for minor sprains or dislocations (simple stabilization)
Good for:
- Basic medical evaluation
- Mild symptoms like colds, coughs, mild fevers, possible bronchitis, etc.
- Mild to moderate conditions requiring basic diagnostic tests or treatments
Examples:
- Flu-like symptoms
- Small cuts needing stitches
- Minor sprains
- Infections
Keep in mind that you can only opt into the self-pay pricing if you are not using insurance in the beginning of your appointment.
