Be part of the team that’s doing healthcare differently.
At Drakos Urgent Care, we’re building a patient-first, high-quality healthcare experience that actually works — for the people who walk through our doors and for the team who cares for them.
We’re a fast-growing, startup-style urgent care that values people who are collaborative, flexible, and committed to making things better. We don’t cling to outdated rules just because “that’s how it’s always been done.” If that resonates… keep reading.
The role: Physician Associate (PA)
We’re looking for a Physician Associate who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced clinical environments and loves the idea of having a voice in “how urgent care should feel.”
This is a frontline clinical role and a tone-setting role — our PAs shape the energy, teamwork, and flow of the entire clinic. If you enjoy problem-solving, being the calm in the chaos, using humor to get through tough moments, and making care feel human again, you’ll fit right in.
Who you are
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Are energized by a startup environment where things are dynamic, consistently evolving, and growing.
- Have experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, critical care, or other high-volume/high-acuity settings.
- Have experience using patient-flow methodologies to keep high-volume environments running smoothly.
- Believe in patient-centered care and aren’t afraid to challenge “the way it’s always been done” when you have ideas or solutions for how things could be done better.
- Are kind, collaborative, and centered — people look to you to steady the room.
- Enjoy being part of a tight, supportive team that has fun while doing serious work.
What’s in it for you
- Competitive pay: $65–$85/hr
- 401(k) with employer match
- Paid sick time and PTO
- Discounts on select Drakos services (e.g., weight-loss programs, IV therapy, and more)
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance options
- Reimbursement for CME expenses for full-time roles
- Opportunities to grow with us as we expand
- A supportive team that actually enjoys working together
- A chance to help build a new kind of healthcare experience
If this sounds like your kind of adventure… apply.
We’d love to meet you.
